1. When using the enamel pot on the gas stove, do not let the flame exceed the bottom of the pot. Because the cast iron material of the pot body has a strong heat storage efficiency, the ideal cooking effect can be achieved without the need for fire. Fierce cooking is not only a waste of energy, resulting in excessive fume, but also on the outer wall of the pot enamel porcelain damage.
2. When cooking, first heat the bottom of the pan with medium fire, and then add food. As the cast iron material transfers heat evenly, when the bottom of the pan is hot, the fire can be adjusted to be low and the pan can be cooked with medium and small fire.
3. Do not burn the cast iron pot empty for a long time, and do not rinse the hot pot that has just been used with cold water, so as not to cause rapid temperature changes, cause the enamel layer to fall off, and affect the service life of the pot.
4. After the enamel pot is naturally cooled, it is better to clean it when the pot body has a slight residual temperature, so it is easier to clean it. If you encounter stubborn stains, you can soak them first, and then use soft tools such as bamboo brushes, loofares, sponges, etc. Do not use stainless steel spatula and wire brush and other hard sharp utensils, so as not to damage the enamel layer.
5. If you accidentally burn the pot, don't rush to clean it. You can soak it in warm water overnight and scrub it with a soft rag with water. Or you can soak it in hot water for 2 hours, pour out the water, find a soft cloth dipped in baking soda powder and wipe it hard.
6. After cleaning the enamel pot, use a dry cloth to dry the water inside and outside the pot instead of drying it. If it is not allowed to be used for a period of time, wipe the oil after drying. At ordinary times, after washing the pot, the lid of the pot should be padded with clamps, which is conducive to air circulation.

Development History of Ductile Iron
According to modern archaeological research, a large number of cast iron-related relics and relics have been found at the back end bay cast iron site in Xinzheng Zheng Han's old city. The back end bay cast iron site is located in the southwest of Dongcheng District in Xinzheng Zheng Han's old city, covering an area of nearly 100000 square meters. The site is an official handicraft workshop for casting tools and farm tools in the capital of South Korea in the middle and late Warring States period. Decarbonization kiln was first discovered at the cast iron site in Tuiouwan, Henan Province, advancing the history of ductile iron in China by at least 200 years. It is at least 2000 years earlier than the West.
Building steel pipe scaffold fastener
Construction steel pipe scaffold fastener is an indispensable and important accessory on the construction site, which is used to connect and fix the steel pipe scaffold. Its precise length ensures the safety and stability of the project. Generally made of high-quality steel, with good compression and impact resistance. Fastener surface is smooth, galvanized anti-corrosion and anti-rust, prolong service life. Various specifications, suitable for steel pipes of different diameters, convenient installation, convenient disassembly, recyclable use, and effective cost saving. In the construction site, play a key role in ensuring the smooth progress of the project. Therefore, the selection of high-quality scaffolding fasteners is essential to ensure building safety.
Basic characteristics of gray iron castings
Clay content and silt content. High clay content of sand, with the specific pressure rise strength also increased, usually effective bentonite control in 7% to 10%. The sum of effective clay and dead clay in the molding sand is equivalent to the silt content, which is generally controlled at 12% ~ 16%. The mud content is too high or too low will affect the performance indicators of the sand.
